Overview

Salvita is a proudly South African, innovative range of natural supplements, developed by a team of experts and biochemical scientists. The products have many health benefits, but are mainly used for detoxification and recovery. The range consists of five powerful formulas all derived from natural ingredients with acute enhancements for focused potency. These scientific enhancements give Salvita its competitive edge within the herbal supplement market.

Challenge

Working closely with the founder to understand and encapsulate the essence of Salvita, the challenge entailed a redesign of the brand’s logo and packaging along with the development of a cohesive website and marketing strategy. The objective was to create a seamless and engaging user experience while effectively communicating the unique strengths of the brand.

Approach

The Salvita range has a natural foundation, with all the main ingredients being herbal and organic compounds. The creators of these formulae use biochemical enhancements for focused potency while still keeping the products naturally based. The collision of these two worlds became the inspiration for the Salvita tagline “Naturally Integrated”.
 
To communicate Salvita's message, the concepts of “Revitalisation” and “optimum health” became prominent, communicating that with the help of these supplements, you could begin your journey back to “optimum health”. 
 
Visually, the image of a sunrise became a focal point for the brand. This primal image tells the story of a new day and a fresh start on your journey of health. The sunrise is displayed in a clean and simplified style on the logo, integrating it with the scientific element of the brand. 
 
For the packaging we decided on a clean white background, while integrating the brand colours with some naturally curving borders on the top and bottom to contain the principal display panel (PDP) and product information of the label.
 
As part of Salvita’s marketing strategy, we created multiple touch points in the form of print flyers for distribution, digital adverts and promotional emails consistent with the brand's image to be released across digital channels and online platforms.
