This project has been ongoing for eight years, beginning as a concept for a knowledge base for current coaching clients. Upon discovering that many freelancers and solo entrepreneurs were seeking connections, learning opportunities, and shortcuts for business challenges, the concept evolved into a membership/community model. The aim is to keep members engaged through various onboarding activities and regular events on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, thereby aiding in their business growth and encouraging further investment in existing offerings due to their satisfaction with the outcomes.
