Betsson was looking to improve NRC (Newly Registered Customers) and NDC (Newly Depositing Customers).
I was expected to propose and redesign the homepage hero section and the registration page, with the aim of decreasing the bounce rate and improving the conversion rate.
My idea was to reposition the brand towards millennial and gen Z users, add some personality, raise the trustworthiness, build in an Ai assistant, have the brand stand out clearly from the competition in order to appeal towards late millennials and gen Z.
