Product Discovery for Women Healthcare Platform in Qatar

Led product discovery sessions with 20+ healthcare professionals to identify key challenges in Qatar's healthcare system, culminating in the successful launch of a healthcare app MVP.

Conducted two months of discovery sessions to deeply understand cultural nuances and women's healthcare issues in Qatar. Presented the product roadmap to government stakeholders, including Qatar's Ministry of Public Health and Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.

Partnered closely with the Design and Development teams to build and launch the MVP. Leveraged Google Firebase to analyze user behavior and identify opportunities for app improvement.
