OVERVIEW
Trinks is the biggest marketplace of beauty services in Brazil. They were running a B2B dashboard with the same UI for 6 years and it had usability and scalabity issues. To solve these problems we redesign the entire header and navigation.
CHALLENGE
The goal was to improve user experience and provide scalability to the B2B Dashboard. New users get lost on the onboarding and navigation and it should be solved.
ROLE
I led the research process, facilitate the card sorting sessions with users and oriented junior designers on initial UI design. After initial prototypes I built high fidelity prototypes with frontend technologies to support flexible user testing.
PROCESS
1. Empathize (research and card sort sessions)
2. Define (based on findings on the previous step)
3. Ideate (by brainstorming with the team and considering constraints)
4. Prototype (using Figma as tool and HTML, JS and CSS to create a high fidelity prototype to support testing the closest as possible to a real/ready menu navigation.)
5. Test
6. Post-launch research (On-going)
