Created an AI-generated video ad for a modern apartment listing, transforming static property photos into a cinematic walkthrough-style video ad giving prospective renters or buyers an immersive sense of the space without hiring a videographer, drone operator, or film crew.

The Brief: The client needed a short promotional video (30-45s) highlighting a 2-bedroom apartment's key selling points open-plan living area, natural light, modern kitchen finishes, and a private balcony for use on Instagram, property listing platforms, and direct client sharing via WhatsApp ahead of viewings.

My Process:

Used clean, well-lit sample photos of each room (living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, balcony)

Generated AI camera-move sequences per room (smooth pans, slow push-ins) to simulate a professional real estate walkthrough

Sequenced shots in a logical tour order entryway → living area → kitchen → bedroom → bathroom → balcony so it flows like an actual visit

Applied warm, bright lighting presets to make the space feel move-in ready and aspirational rather than flat or clinical

Added subtle ambient motion (light shifts, soft camera drift) to avoid the video feeling static or "AI-stiff"

Edited the final cut with on-screen text overlays (price, location, key features, contact info) and calm background music suited to a premium, trustworthy feel

Tools Used: AI video generation (image-to-video with camera control), cinematic lighting/motion presets, CapCut/Premiere for sequencing, text overlays, and final export

Outcome: Delivered a scroll-stopping property tour video that gives prospects a real sense of the space and drives inquiries at a fraction of the cost and turnaround time of hiring a videographer or drone team for a walkthrough shoot.
