Created an AI-generated video ad for a residential apartment listing, transforming static property photos into a cinematic walkthrough-style video ad giving prospective renters/buyers an immersive feel for the space without a videographer, drone operator, or on-site film crew.

The Brief: The client needed a short promotional video (30-60s) highlighting the apartment's key selling points layout, natural light, kitchen/bathroom finishes, and overall livability for use on Instagram, property listing sites, and WhatsApp/direct client sharing. The goal was to make the space feel move-in ready and desirable, fast, ahead of viewings.

My Process:

Collected clean, well-lit photos of each room (living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, any standout features like balcony or view)

Generated AI camera-move sequences per room (smooth pans, slow push-ins) to simulate a professional real estate walkthrough feel

Sequenced the shots in a logical "tour" order entryway → living area → kitchen → bedroom → bathroom → standout feature so it flows like an actual visit

Used cinematic lighting/color presets to make rooms feel warm, bright, and aspirational rather than flat or clinical

Added light motion/staging touches (e.g. natural ambient movement) to avoid the video feeling static or "AI-stiff"

Edited final cut with on-screen text overlays (rent/price, location, key features, contact info) and background music suited to a calm, premium feel

Tools Used: AI video generation (image-to-video with camera control), cinematic preset/motion tools, CapCut/Premiere for sequencing, text overlays, and final export

Outcome: Delivered a scroll-stopping property tour video that gives prospects a real sense of the space and drives inquiries at a fraction of the cost and turnaround time of hiring a videographer or drone team for a walkthrough shoot.
