Developed and implemented automated email flows to attract new sellers and onboard buyers and sellers for a B2B marketplace. These flows improved engagement, streamlined onboarding, and drove platform adoption.
Case
The marketplace needed a targeted email strategy to engage potential sellers, onboard new users, and maximize platform activity. I was tasked with designing and implementing three automated email flows to achieve these goals.
What I did:
1. Attraction flow for new sellers:
◦ Targeted a cold audience to generate interest in the platform.
◦ Highlighted the platform's value, ease of use, and potential for earning.
◦ Designed persuasive messaging to encourage sign-ups, emphasizing benefits like access to a wide buyer base and secure transactions.
2. Onboarding flow for buyers and sellers:
◦ Created a sequence of emails to guide users step-by-step on how to use the platform effectively.
◦ Included tips, tutorials, and feature highlights to ensure a smooth start and boost confidence in using the marketplace.
