Summary

Ran a successful discount campaign for Small Business Week. By creating a clear idea, working with designers, and sharing it through emails and social media, we got 39.4% more customers and 25.3% more growth in revenue for one product.
Case:
I was tasked to organize a discount campaign in just one day, which included creating the concept, designing labels, and preparing promotional materials.
What I did:
I developed the idea and concept around Small Business Support Week in the US, as 70% of our audience is based there, and many of our product users are small businesses. The idea fit perfectly, and the director approved it. I provided clear tasks to the designer and developer. Once the designer delivered the materials, I wrote the landing page text and sent it to the developer. I also prepared social media posts, in-product notifications, and set up the email newsletters quickly.
Result: I sent two newsletters to three audience segments during the discount period. The first was customized from an original template, and the second was a short reminder three days before the deadline. Also posted about the campaign on the company's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and product communities. The campaign drove 688 site visits from emails, resulted in a 39.4% increase in customers and a 25.3% growth in revenue for one product compared to the period before the discount.
