Stakeholder Interviews: Conducted detailed discussions with the Let’s Talk Supply Chain team to understand their goals, target audience, and key objectives for the redesign.
Competitive Analysis: Analyzed other supply chain and podcast platforms to uncover opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
2. UX Strategy:
User Personas: Developed personas to represent the diverse audience segments, including industry leaders, innovators, and community members.
User Journeys: Mapped user journeys to visualize how visitors engage with content, including podcasts, events, and live streams.
Site Architecture: Restructured the site to make it easier to find popular content like the Women in Supply Chain Series and BLENDED podcast while improving the flow for new users.
3. Visual Design:
Style Guide: Reflects the vibrant and innovative brand, including a modern typography set, bold color palette, and dynamic UI components.
Brand Alignment: Emphasized Let’s Talk Supply Chain’s leadership in the industry with visuals that showcase inclusivity, innovation, and expertise.
4. Development Handoff:
Design & Build: Utilized Webflow for a seamless build, ensuring responsive design and efficient CMS integration for easy content updates.
5. Launch and Optimization:
Soft Launch: Rolled out the redesigned site to key stakeholders and select users to gather feedback and monitor performance.
