Problem to Solve
The goal of this project was to increase awareness among new users about the platform’s latest features, ensuring they could fully leverage the value Miro offers.
Outcome
To address this, we developed an onboarding checklist designed to enhance feature discovery and guide users through newly unlocked capabilities. This approach not only provided a more structured introduction to the platform but also significantly increased the adoption and usage of new, paid features among users.
