The Challenge

Raediance By Rae needed more than just a store — she needed a digital home that could do two jobs at once: get clients to book appointments and get shoppers to buy her curated skincare products, all while feeling as premium and personal as the in-chair experience she offers.

There was no existing site to work from. This meant building the entire storefront from scratch, with conversion built into the foundation rather than bolted on after launch.

The Approach

I built the site on Shopify with four priorities in mind:

Bookings & Appointments Designed a clear, frictionless path for visitors to book a service — reducing the number of clicks and decisions between "interested" and "booked."

Product Sales Structured the shop experience so Raven's curated skincare line felt like a natural extension of the service, not a separate afterthought — encouraging clients to shop and book in the same visit.

Site Speed & UX Optimized load times and streamlined navigation so visitors — especially on mobile — could move from homepage to booking or checkout without friction or drop-off.

Brand & Visual Design Built a visual identity that matched the "luxury esthetics" positioning: clean, elegant, and personal, reinforcing trust before a visitor even books.

The Results

Since launch, Raediance By Rae has seen a 20% increase in conversion rate, with visitors moving more efficiently from browsing to booked appointments and completed purchases.
