This disorganization made the Click-Through Rate CTR suffer, keeping the ads from hitting home.

Stale Creatives: The creatives had hit a wall, losing their appeal and effectiveness. Being recycled across different campaign stages, from first contact to retargeting, their repetitiveness dulled their impact, causing both the CTR and ROAS to plummet. This absence of variety and innovation drained the appeal of the ads.
