Communi partnered with us to design an all-in-one community platform for creators tired of juggling Discord, Teachable, Stripe, and a dozen other tools just to run their business. The fragmentation was creating serious problems: cognitive overload from switching between interfaces, disconnected data making it impossible to see financial health at a glance, and creators spending more time managing software than building community.

Our goal was to consolidate everything into a clean, focused command center. We designed a minimalist interface that uses whitespace strategically, unified analytics that connect engagement directly to revenue, and a system that works seamlessly across desktop and mobile so creators can stay active wherever they are.

The process moved through discovery and stakeholder research, information architecture and UX narrative, visual design exploration across multiple directions, and finally refinement and handoff with complete documentation. We worked in focused sprints to keep momentum while ensuring every decision served the core goal of reducing friction.

The Result: A platform that actually simplifies creator life. Communi now gives creators one place to manage their community, courses, content, and income with clear visibility into what's working. The desktop experience handles the heavy lifting while the native mobile app keeps them connected on the go. Clean design, real data, zero fragmentation.
