JiffyShirts.com launched over a decade ago with a clear mission: Use technology to combine an unparalleled level of customer service with the fastest delivery the blank apparel industry has ever seen.

Led design strategy for Jiffy Print, an end-to-end platform combining blank apparel sourcing and custom transfers into a single offering. Took it from a basic upload-and-preview tool to a full production suite, with AI-powered artwork preparation at its core.

Within 8 months of initial release, the platform reached $5M+ in monthly revenue — an added ~$60M annually on top of the existing $500M business.

Prompt-based image editing — users describe changes in natural language; the AI analyzes the uploaded artwork, identifies editable regions, surfaces contextual suggestions, and generates a revised version, shown side-by-side so users decide which to proceed with.

One-click background removal with intelligent edge detection, letting users isolate design elements quickly and cleanly.

AI image upscaling that prepares low-resolution uploads for high-fidelity print — cutting production errors and reducing costly downstream friction for both customers and the print floor.

Beyond the AI layer: 3D mockup visualization, multi-product configuration, dynamic bulk-discount calculators, intelligent prompt generation, and deep customization — the full production workflow in one place.

Led design on new homepage, along with feed and notifications

Establishing a design language and design system for the rest of the design team.

Constantly testing with active customers on new experience, both on qualitative and

quantative tests conducted over Maze, Userlytics and Zoom calls.

Working closely with eng and data team - in this kind of company almost everything relies

on heavy data, and my job as a product designer was to translate that data to beautiful

tables, dashboards and interfaces.
