2020 was a trying year for small businesses. As a business that helps business process payments, I worked with my team to develop and implement a PR, Digital and content plan for Flutterwave. The plan highlighted Flutterwave's effort in showing up for its community in trying times.
The campaign gained significant earned media, over 100 million impressions and positive sentiments, leading to growth of brand love.
