Many people trying to build lasting habits turn to checklists or apps, but these tools often lack the scientific grounding to support real behavior change. Habit formation is a dynamic, complex process requiring more than reminders or rigid structures.
EAS fills this gap with a user-friendly, psychology-backed solution focused on overcoming challenges like time scarcity, sustaining motivation, and applying effective habit-building techniques.
My Role
In this project, I worked on the Wireframing +UI Design and conducted intensive research to ensure a seamless and science-backed user experience. I also created the habit completion animation, designed to reinforce motivation and give users a rewarding sense of achievement.
Key Features
Personalized Habit Strategies: Tailored to each user’s goals, combining insights from behavioral psychology for effective habit-building.
Motivational Reward System: Users stay engaged with a feedback loop that reinforces their progress.
Intuitive, Polished UI: Clean design prioritizes usability, making it easy for users to integrate habits into daily life.
Development Process
The design process incorporated user-centered principles and real-world research insights. Visual design choices were made to foster motivation and improve retention, enhancing the user experience with a carefully crafted reward system and habit completion animations.
Impact
EAS provides a practical, science-based approach to habit formation, making it easier for users to build and sustain new behaviors. This project demonstrates how well-researched design and visual engagement can lead to meaningful, lasting change.
