Role & Responsibilities
Create updated job description templates to standardize format and include relevant info to post-pandemic job seekers
Creation of pay bands for hourly and salaried teams
Advise on compensation and benefit packages across exempt and non-exempt employees
Update policy manual to include non-exempt regulations, adhering to local and state employment laws.
Manage review of resumes by taking a first pass to exclude non-qualified candidates
Complete initial phone screen review with appropriate candidates
Communicate with candidates on applicant status, interview scheduling and follow-up
Additional Information
Used google sheets to mimic applicant tracking system to mitigate the need (and associated cost) for additional software licenses to properly track applicants status and communication follow-ups.
