A non-profit raising funds to pass-through to an established 501(c)(3) via an in-person fundraiser. Team included 1 full time resource and 7 volunteers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for onsite vendors, event set-up and tear-down.
- Coordinated day-of volunteers, providing direction, answering questions and reallocating resources as needed.
- Established check-in flow for VIP and Standard tickets ensuring bottlenecks were minimized for guest experience.
- Managed 15 raffle prizes that required guest presence to be eligible to win requiring efficiency with a quick turn around from raffle close to winner announcements.
- Facilitated guest check out as needed for prize distribution, gift bag collection and additional instructions for silent auction winners.
