Starting a new chapter in their business, this client was having a hard time expressing what their focus had evolved into. When reskinning their website, along with the full rebrand I created this sessions (massage therapies) that spoke clearly of their refreshed direction.
We discussed what the fears their clients had and faced them head on, using invitational language to give the reader agency in their choice. This informed all of the marketing for the relaunch--website, podcast, social media and in-studio material.
By keeping the text open, welcoming, and spacious, they were able to reinvent their practice with great success.
