Willow: The Health Management App

Managing your health shouldn't mean juggling five different apps. One for medication reminders, another for booking appointments, a notes app for tracking symptoms, and a browser tab open for "is this normal." Willow pulls all of that into one place, with an assistant that actually knows your care routine well enough to help. Most health apps do one thing. A pill reminder reminds you about pills. An appointment app books appointments. None of them talk to each other, so you're the one stitching your own care together in your head, remembering that your blood pressure medication interacts with the appointment you have next Tuesday, or that you're supposed to log a symptom before your next check-in.
That mental overhead adds up fastest for the people who can least afford it, anyone managing an ongoing condition, multiple medications, or a busy household on someone else's behalf.

How it came together

One home, not five apps. The home screen is the single surface where medications, appointments, and daily to-dos live together, so "what do I need to deal with today" has one answer instead of five.
Connected, not manual. Instead of asking people to type in their vitals by hand, Willow connects to existing health apps so things like blood pressure readings show up automatically. Less data entry, fewer chances to forget, and numbers you can actually trust because a device logged them, not memory.
A companion that gets it. The AI chat feature isn't a generic assistant bolted on for novelty. It has context on your meds, appointments, and tasks, so a question like "can I take this with my blood pressure medication" gets answered with your actual routine in mind, not a generic disclaimer.
