The Little Bamboo is a Matcha house seeking a distinctive identity in the hospitality space. The brand sprint focused on delivering a cohesive logo and brand system, supporting both physical and digital touchpoints for the business.
Objectives The aim was to create a visual identity reflecting the essence of matcha culture, while appealing to contemporary hospitality audiences. The outcomes needed to resonate with both physical guests and online followers, delivering memorability and emotional resonance.
The process included rounds of concept refinement, integrating feedback from stakeholders to align the brand voice and style with core values of authenticity and warmth.
Emphasis was placed on clean typography, organic shapes, and color palettes evocative of matcha and bamboo, supporting both branding and UI design goals.
Branding System The final system consisted of logo variations, social icons, brand colors, and typographic rules compatible with web and hospitality environments.
The design suite enabled flexible deployment across digital platforms and physical merchandise, ensuring consistent brand storytelling.
