These days, we often struggle to efficiently access and manage important information scattered across various platforms like email, social media, and messaging apps. We wade through distracting ads and irrelevant content, hindering productivity. Additionally, users feel disempowered knowing their data is controlled by black box platforms, undermining their trust and confidence in these services. Fragmentation of information, attention theft, and lack of agency over data hamper folks' ability to meet their goals efficiently and effectively.

Solution

Pairing an application importer with cutting-edge machine learning and encryption, Memri downloads and integrates live user data from the most widely used native applications. We then use a search-driven, conversational AI to provide a single curated access point to all data streams. Memri users bring email, social media, calendars, texting, and more together in a focused interface - increasing productivity, efficiency, and flow state based on goals set in collaboration with an AI concierge.

Explored the market to understand its size, trends, and dynamics. Analyzed competitors to identify their strengths and the gaps in the market.

User Insights

Identified and analyzed the needs, behaviors, and motivations of target customers through surveys, interviews, and user testing.

Vision and Goals

Defined a clear and inspirational long-term vision for the product that aligned with the company's overall objectives. Set specific, measurable goals that the product aimed to achieve.

Roadmap Development

Created a strategic plan that outlined the direction, priorities, and progress of the product over time, ensuring all stakeholders and development teams were aligned.

Product Positioning

Determined how the product would be perceived in the market and highlighted the unique value proposition to differentiate it from competitors.

Monetization Strategy

Decided on pricing strategies and identified various revenue streams that reflected the product’s value and met market expectations.

Go-to-Market Strategy

Outlined the steps needed to take the product from concept to successful market launch, coordinating with marketing and sales teams to reach the target audience effectively.

I worked closely with the Memri CEO to outline the product vision, unique value proposition, target audience, and goals. Together we created a step-by-step process to run market research and synthesize our findings to ensure a research-based product-market fit in record time.

Takeaways

Finding useful ways to integrate AI into personal computing was a fascinating and eye-opening challenge. Memri's novel approach - importing data across applications, opened up opportunities for what ultimately felt like a more streamlined and "smarter" operating system. I am eager to continue working with artificial intelligence, and and now enrolled in an AI course with MIT to further my working knowledge and understanding of this exciting advancement.
