Elia needed an initial design to showcase their AI-powered phone agent platform to potential users and investors. I designed an initial version of their software, focused on usability and trust, to help them attract users and investors. Project Highlights:
Venture Capital Funding: Elia earned 5+ VC interests and joined Stealth AI Startup, securing undisclosed funding.
2 Months Deadline: Elia had a tight deadline to complete the design and present their solution at Web Summit.

Backstory

As hospitals and clinics grow, so do their operational challenges. More patients, more processes, and more administrative work make it harder for staff to keep up, especially in high-pressure environments.
Most healthcare facilities rely on fragmented systems and manual workflows to manage patient inquiries, scheduling, and documentation. While technology exists to help, it's often complex, rigid, and not designed with medical teams in mind. As a result, staff spend valuable time on repetitive tasks instead of focusing on patient care.
The founding team of Elia saw these challenges firsthand. They knew there had to be a better way, so they built AI-powered agents that automate hospital and clinic support, freeing up staff to focus on what truly matters: delivering quality care.

User Interface Design

When designing the initial version of the software for potential investors and users, the focus was on key screens that users would interact with regularly, including the Homepage, Agents, Analytics, and the entire agent creation flow.

Project Outcome

To bring Elia’s vision to life, I designed over 20+ screens and built a structured design system to ensure consistency and scalability. The platform design enabled Elia to effectively showcase their AI-powered solution to users and investors, culminating in a successful presentation at Web Summit. As a result, the platform gained interest from multiple VCs, leading to Elia joining Stealth AI Startup and securing undisclosed funding to further develop their mission.
