As the DBM (aka Executive Assistant) for SoGreenPack, a 7-figure small business selling eco-friendly paper products, I worked alongside the CEO as the buffer between him and the team. I took care of a 14 person team, across various departments, such as Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, and Legal. I used tools like Asana, PipeDrive, Slack, Zoom, Loom, and Notion to take care of Client Management, Systems Management, and Project Management for the company.
