Point Express asked us to create a website that clearly presents their dispatch and logistics services, boosts customer engagement, and helps bring new dispatchers into the company.
Overview
The Process
1
Kick-off Call
The project began with clarifying goals, aligning expectations, and defining what the new website needed to achieve for Point Express.
2
Market & Competitor Research
Next came a quick analysis of logistics and dispatch websites to understand industry standards and shape the overall structure.
3
UX Design
With insights in place, the full page layout was drafted in detailed wireframes to establish content flow and hierarchy.
4
Structure Review Call
The wireframes were reviewed together with the client, refined based on feedback, and finalized into a clear site architecture.
5
Visual Evaluation (A/B Concepts)
Two visual directions were created for the first sections, allowing the client to choose the preferred style before moving forward.
6
UI Design
The selected direction was expanded into all remaining sections, completing the full desktop design.
7
Responsive Design & Dev Prep
Once approved, the layout was adapted for mobile and tablet, and all assets were prepared for a smooth Webflow build.
8
Webflow Build & Handoff
The website was implemented in Webflow, tested, polished, and handed off with instructions, followed by light ongoing support.
