Redesign a web-based customer portal. The design needed to align with HYCM’s brand while ensuring ease of use for both novice and experienced traders.

⚙️ The Process

1️⃣ Requirements Discussion: After completing the website redesign, we discussed the requirements for the web customer portal with the client.

2️⃣ Structure planning: We analyzed key components and features, defining the portal’s core structure.

3️⃣ UX design: Developed wireframes and user flows to ensure an intuitive account management and trading experience.

4️⃣ UI design: Created a cohesive interface in line with HYCM’s brand identity.

5️⃣ Testing & feedback: Refined the design based on internal and client feedback.

6️⃣ Handoff: Delivered final design assets to the development team, and initiated work on the mobile application for the portal.
