⚙️ The Process
1️⃣ Intro meeting: We kicked things off with a discussion with the CMO, gaining a clear understanding of the project’s goals for the corporate site redesign.
2️⃣ UX audit: We analyzed the existing site, collecting insights and pinpointing areas for improvement.
3️⃣ UX research: Through competitor analysis and user research, we gathered data to guide the new design.
4️⃣ UX design: We explored various design directions, offering 2-3 UI versions to find the best match.
5️⃣ UI evaluation: After reviewing, we identified the best design option for HYCM’s brand and user experience.
6️⃣ Visual appearance: With the best UI chosen, we applied it across all pages, creating a cohesive interface and developed a UI Kit for consistency.
7️⃣ Responsive design: We ensured a seamless experience on mobile, tablet, and desktop devices.
8️⃣ Handoff: We delivered all assets and documentation to the development team and also began work on the web client portal and mobile application to further enhance the HYCM platform.
