A Reno-based startup, freshly funded, sought a top-notch team to create engaging and intuitive UX/UI designs for their new iOS app, starting with enhancing provided wireframes and continuing collaboration through the development phase.​

1️⃣ Kick-off meeting: We started with a kick-off meeting with the CEO, he explained their mission, checked existing lo-fi wireframes and additional materials to align project expectations and direction.

2️⃣ Qualitative research: At this stage, we had to prepare a survey, find interviewers, and interview them according to predetermined questions. In this way, we interviewed 26 people with the following questions.

3️⃣ UX design: Based on user persona and empathy map we get from research, it allowed us to create clear user flow and Hi-Fi wireframes with interactive prototypes.

4️⃣ UI evaluation: After the UX aspects of the application were approved, we focused on the main screen and proposed several design variants to determine the future visual direction of the application.​

5️⃣ UI design: Once we confirmed the visual direction, we created a UI kit tailored for this phase and applied it across all other flows to maintain a cohesive and visually appealing interface throughout the application.​

6️⃣ Final review & handoff: We held a final review to confirm all design aspects met the client’s needs and project specifications. Following approval, we handed off the comprehensive design assets and guidelines to the development team for implementation.
