Norma first asked us to help them design an improved filtering system for their "Reports" functionality. After its success, they asked us to redesign their mobile app from the ground up to improve the user experience and further support the growth of their platform.

⚙️ The Process

1️⃣ Kick-off meeting: We began by reviewing the early concepts Norma had developed. This initial gathering helped define the scope of our project, which centered on enhancing their existing report filtering system.

2️⃣ UX audit: Then we analyzed the materials provided by Norma to offer targeted recommendations. Our insights aimed to refine and optimize their current setups.

3️⃣ Finished task: We delivered an improved filtering system for their reports, which was immediately adopted by Norma. This success led them to request a full design for a new application.

4️⃣ UX research: Undertook extensive market analysis and hypothesis testing. We developed detailed user flows, breaking down the steps to ensure clarity in our design direction.

5️⃣ UX design: So, we structured the app’s architecture using high-fidelity wireframes to establish a robust layout.

6️⃣ UI design: Focused on crafting a visually appealing interface that adhered to the established style guides, enhancing the user experience.

7️⃣ Handoff: Transferred all design specifications and assets to Norma’s development team for implementation.

8️⃣ Design support: Continued to provide design assistance as Norma moved to further versions and began the groundwork on a new web application from scratch.
