The client wanted to redesign the structure of an existing B2B web app, focusing on improving usability and enhancing the overall user experience.
⚙️ The Process
1️⃣ Kick-off meeting: We began by discussing the project goals and aligning with the client’s vision for the platform redesign;
2️⃣ UX audit: The client granted us access to the existing platform and lo-fi wireframes, which we analyzed to identify key areas for improvement;
3️⃣ UX research: We reviewed competitor apps, highlighting essential UX improvements to enhance functionality and user experience;
4️⃣ UX design: Created journey maps, user flows, and high-fidelity wireframes to establish a clear structure and hierarchy for the platform;
5️⃣ Discussion meeting: Presented our initial designs to the client, gathered feedback, and received approval to proceed with the next phase;
6️⃣ UI design: We developed the UI, focusing on creating a clean, intuitive design that aligns with the brand identity and user needs;
7️⃣ Interactive prototypes: After completing the visual appearance, we build interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and flow, allowing for testing and feedback;
8️⃣ Handoff: We delivered all assets and design documentation to the development team, ensuring a smooth transition for implementation.
