1️⃣ Existing Portal Review: We began by reviewing the web version of the customer portal and understanding its structure and functionality to guide the mobile design.
2️⃣ Structure refinement: We modified the portal’s structure to fit mobile layouts, ensuring an intuitive user experience while maintaining the core features.
3️⃣ UX design: Developed mobile-specific user flows and wireframes, optimizing navigation for iOS.
4️⃣ UI design: We applied a sleek, user-friendly design tailored for mobile, ensuring consistency with the existing portal.
5️⃣ Testing & iteration: Tested the mobile design with users, refining based on feedback.
6️⃣ Handoff: Delivered all design assets and guidelines to the development team for smooth implementation.
