👀 Overview
⚙️ The Process
️⃣ Kick-off meeting: We started with a kick-off meeting to align on project goals, expectations, and design direction.
️⃣ UX audit: We conducted a UX audit for the existing web platform to identify usability issues and areas for improvement, ensuring a user-centered design approach for the project.
️⃣ UX research: We conducted in-depth research to understand the target audience, analyze competitors, and gather insights to inform our design decisions.
️⃣ UX design: We crafted intuitive user flows and wireframes, focusing on enhancing usability and creating a seamless user experience tailored to the target audience.
️⃣ Confirmation meeting: We met to review and confirm the entire structure, ensuring alignment with the client’s vision before moving to the UI design phase.
️⃣ UI phase: We crafted the UI using the design system from a web application we built for the client before, ensuring consistency and brand alignment across platforms.
️⃣ Interactive prototype: We set up an interactive prototype to demonstrate the UI’s functionality and flow, enabling the client to experience it before the final implementation.
️⃣ Implementation: We finalized the project by delivering all design assets to the developers, ensuring they had everything needed to build the application according to the specified UI design.
