·        Facilitate blog fulfillment ensuring timely posting within indicated SLAs (service level agreements).

·        Produce quality blog content based on editorial and style guidelines.

·        Reviewed incoming customer feedback/complaints and responded appropriately within 24 hours or less (depending on severity) and deleted offending content when necessary

·        Capability to connect with different stakeholders providing a cooperative and high-performance environment.

·        Ensured that all published content met the company’s quality standards by reviewing it against a checklist of criteria

·        Development of projects to improve quality and compliance processes, improvement of the work environment, providing training and shadowing process
