I designed and built an extensive internal documentation system for Radius Learning using Notion, ensuring the team had a centralized, accessible resource to improve efficiency and alignment. This documentation covered all key aspects of our operations, including detailed process guides for daily tasks, step-by-step workflows to streamline complex procedures, and a library of standardized email templates for consistent communication.

To support project management and accountability, I created progress tracking sheets, allowing the team to monitor goals and deadlines effectively. Additionally, I developed communication guidelines to establish clear standards for internal and external interactions.

A unique feature of this documentation was its inclusion of the full team structure, from team leaders to support roles, with a special emphasis on my role as an assistant.
