As part of my role at Sunlight, I designed and delivered two comprehensive 40-minute training sessions on the Intercom Help Desk platform. These presentations were tailored to enhance my team members' knowledge and efficiency, equipping them with actionable tips and tricks to navigate the platform effectively in their customer support roles.
The sessions were conducted on separate dates, focusing on:
