Crafting a modern digital experience for a logistics leader expanding into new markets

The Client

SwiftLogistics is a fast-growing logistics agency that specializes in freight management and streamlining supply chain operations. While their services were highly efficient, their website didn’t reflect their professionalism, trustworthiness, or market position — especially as they geared up for expansion.

The Challenge

SwiftLogistics needed more than just a fresh coat of paint. Their outdated website was:
Visually outdated and inconsistent with their brand
Difficult to navigate, especially for mobile users
Failing to convert potential clients due to poor UX
Their goal? A modern website that looked the part and drove real business results.

My Role

I led the full UI/UX Design process, including:
User Interface Design: Crafting a clean, modern interface that visually represents SwiftLogistics' professionalism and reliability
Content Architecture: Organizing core sections — Home, Services, How It Works, Industries Served, FAQs, and Contact — for clarity and engagement
Creative Direction: Establishing a cohesive look and feel that aligned with their brand identity

We approached the redesign in three fast-paced, highly collaborative weeks:
Discovery & Strategy

Audited their old site to identify UX and content gaps
Wireframing & Prototyping
Built intuitive wireframes for core pages
Created an interactive prototype to simulate flow and interactions
Iterative Design & Feedback
Used client feedback loops to refine visuals, content, and structure
Ensured consistency in layout, spacing, and responsive behavior

The Design Approach

Visual Hierarchy: Clear sections with intentional spacing and bold headers to guide users
Modern Typography: Clean sans-serif fonts for legibility and modern appeal
Authentic Imagery: Photos that reflected real logistics operations, not generic stock visuals
Microinteractions: Smooth, subtle animations to enhance flow without overwhelming the user
