The plan of Hope Care Memorial Hospital is to address the problem of employees’ burnout. The issue of employee burnout is a critical issue since it affects employees at palliative care department. The plan of Hope Memorial care Hospital is to promote the welfare of patients and the healthcare practitioners. The following plan will be implemented at the health facility care unit to increase efficiency of health practitioners during clinical procedures and medication.
Objectives
Hope Care Memorial Hospital plan is to develop a framework that will improve the working condition of employees through evaluating and monitoring the aspects that cause fatigue and burnout among their health practitioners. The health organization also seeks to develop intervention plans to overcome challenges of fatigue and burnout among healthcare professionals. The proposed goal of the plan will ensure all the activities in the organization align the Hope Care Memorial Hospital vision and mission. The plan also seeks to improve patient outcome, ensure employees working condition are stress-free and ensure the organization offers high quality health services. The plan of the organization is also to establish a multidisciplinary team that will identify the causes of burnout and develop solutions to minimize burnout and stress among health practitioners. Through a multidisciplinary team, the health organization seeks to increase efficiency and accuracy when providing healthcare services for employees that communicate, interact and collaborate to improve the organization performance and patient outcome. There is also need for Hope Care Memorial Hospital to develop and implement intervention plans to reduce fatigue and burnout among health practitioners. The health facility will be compelled to recruit new health practitioners to help the existing ones. The intervention plan is to balance the nurse-to-patient ratio that will eventually minimize burnout and fatigue for healthcare practitioners. The Healthcare organization also seeks to adopt team building to overcome the issue of burnout and fatigue among employees. Team building in the healthcare organization will be conducted through organizing debriefing groups and sessions for staff members who will receive guidance and adequate support when performing their daily duties even for complex tasks. The intervention plan will also seek to improve the patient’s and health practitioners’ welfare when promoting effective collaboration and communication.

Question one: What intervention measures can be employed by the multidisciplinary team at the facility to identify fatigue and burnout
Hope Care Memorial Hospital's multidisciplinary team can leverage different intervention measures, including observation, trigger tools, and incident reports, to identify fatigue among the staff members (Nguyen et al., 2019). Intervention measures will be embraced at the facility to identify symptoms of stress fatigue or burnout among the healthcare staff and assess different aspects, including factors contributing to fatigue and burnout among the staff members and how fatigue leads to medical errors. The intervention measures will improve the efficiency of identifying burnout and fatigue while promoting and implementing approaches that resolve the issue.
Question 2: what duration of time will be required to identify fatigue and burnout among the staff members
The staff members at the organization require adequate time to familiarize themselves with the contents of this strategic plan. To adopt and implement it fully, adequate time will be needed to analyze the suitability of the components of this strategic plan in overcoming the challenge of fatigue and burnout at the organization. Hope Care Memorial Hospital will implement a strategic plan to improve system efficiency. It will entail implementing evidence-based approaches to providing patient-centered care and multidisciplinary collaboration. By implementing the strategic plan more effectively, there will be increased staff satisfaction, improved patient outcomes, and fewer funds directed toward challenges associated with staff burnout and fatigue.
