VentureOS

VentureOS is an AI-assisted platform that helps founders apply for funding and connect with relevant funds. Instead of repackaging the same pitch for every application, founders can begin with their existing decks, documents, websites and LinkedIn profiles.

I led the design of the founder application journey from the ground up, working with product and engineering as the platform’s AI capabilities evolved. My scope covered intake, research progress, follow-up questions, submission and the shared design system connecting those stages.

I made the research visible so founders could understand how their company was being represented and why more context was needed. Focused questions helped them fill gaps, and a shareable company snapshot gave them a useful output they could reuse beyond the application.
