The Challenge
Generic Etsy travel merch repeats the same formula - mountains, hiking boots, destination quotes. Standing out meant designing for personality, not scenery.
The Approach
Every collection starts somewhere different: a personality trait, a travel preference, a small behavior. But each one scales the same way - one mascot, one voice, extended across taglines, colorways, and products.
The raccoon flies low-key, the cat never leaves the window seat.

Deliberately different art styles - testing what resonates before locking into one shop-wide look.
Bold graphic energy on one side, quiet hand drawn art on the other - same brand, two completely different feels.
