We created a faster, safer and error-proof solution to manage the Fixed Income Shelf in both Nubank's and NuInvest's app. Before that the Middle Office team had to manage all the assets in excel spreadsheets, in a very outdated and manual process which has several risks for the company. We created an intuitive step-by-step flow automating 80% of the process in an user-friendly experience.
Results:
83% decrease in shelf update process time. From 2 hours to about 20 minutes!
R$ 1,6M decrease in the impact of order cancellations monthly
R$ 2-3M deduction in operational risk
