A warm, professional brand identity for a modern vet clinic logo, color system, stationery, and digital mockups designed to build trust with pet owners from the very first touchpoint.

The Identity

The Borcelle identity is anchored by a clever dual-silhouette mark a dog and cat merged into a single form, integrated with a medical cross and stethoscope icon. It's a logo that does double duty, instantly reading as "pet care" and "medical trust" in one glance, without needing supporting copy. Paired with a clean, friendly sans-serif wordmark and the tagline "Your Vet Clinic."

Versatility & Brand Pattern

Built out a full logo variation system full color, gold-on-white, white-on-black, and reversed lockups so the mark holds up across any background a clinic might need it on, from a window decal to a dark app screen. Also designed a repeating brand pattern using the dog/cat + stethoscope icon, giving the identity a distinctive textured layer for packaging, backgrounds, and print collateral, alongside an early concept of the mark used in real-world signage/apparel context.

Digital Presence

Tested the identity across digital touchpoints, a browser tab mockup confirming the favicon and logo read clearly at small sizes, and a phone lock-screen mockup showing the full logo lockup on a dark background. This step ensures the brand feels just as polished on a website tab or a booking app as it does in print.

Business Stationery

Designed a two-sided business card system: the front carries the founder's name and title "James Elijah, Founder & CEO" alongside contact details, while the reverse uses the gold brand color with the subtle repeating icon pattern for texture. Clean typographic hierarchy keeps the card easy to scan at a glance.

Logo Guidelines

Established clear-space and grid rules around the primary logo lockup to protect its legibility across every application, a standard part of the brand guideline deliverables to keep the identity consistent whether it's used by the clinic's in-house team or an outside print vendor.

Color System

A five-color palette anchors the brand: a warm mustard-gold #D3B037 as the signature color, pure black and white for contrast and print flexibility, a dark charcoal #353333 for text and depth, and a soft light grey #E6E6E6 for backgrounds. Full HEX, RGB, and CMYK values were documented for consistent reproduction across digital and print.

Final Presentation

A styled, photo-realistic mockup of the finished business card stack shown in a natural concrete-and-light setting to demonstrate how the gold brand color and pattern work look in a real, tactile context rather than just on-screen.
