Contestia, a SaaS platform for managing innovation challenges, needed a scalable client acquisition and retention strategy to increase adoption and engagement. My role as an Account Executive & Customer Success Manager was to develop a structured outreach, sales, and retention process to ensure sustainable growth.
My Role:
I took ownership of both business development and client success, ensuring a seamless experience from lead generation to long-term engagement. My responsibilities included:
Growth Strategy & Lead Generation: Developed and executed a multi-channel outreach strategy using email campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and direct prospecting to attract new clients.
CRM Management & Sales Pipeline Optimization: Organized and maintained a structured CRM system to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions, ensuring no opportunity was missed.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Management: Led customer onboarding sessions, provided training, and gathered feedback to improve the platform’s adoption and retention.
Retention & Upselling: Implemented strategies to increase customer lifetime value, identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring high satisfaction among existing clients.
