GRAPHIC DESIGN - FUNDRAISING DECK DESIGN

As the graphic designer responsible for creating Jane's fundraising deck, my main objective was to develop visuals that not only captured the essence of the brand, but also effectively conveyed its core values and the distinctive features of its products. To achieve this, I set out to create a design that was both professional and appealing, capable of engaging potential investors while reinforcing Jane's visual identity.

Difficulties Several challenges were encountered in the course of this project, not least the tight time constraints. The tight deadline for creating the visual for the fundraising deck created additional pressure, making effective management of time and resources crucial. In addition, the limited availability of the referrer to provide immediate feedback added complexity to the collaboration. Finally, the unexpected intervention of experienced contributors along the way introduced unanticipated adjustments, requiring greater adaptability and responsiveness.

To overcome these challenges, an iterative process for validating wireframes and final slides was put in place, ensuring a continuous workflow. Proactive communication was maintained to anticipate potential delays, and sustained flexibility enabled unforeseen feedback from stakeholders to be incorporated effectively.

This project was a valuable lesson in time management, communication and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Maintaining an organised collaborative process and effectively managing feedback were essential skills learned.
