I managed, planned, executed and evaluated social media activities for PureLeaf

🌿 Who is PureLeaf?

With a sharp focus on sustainability, PureLeaf presents an aesthetic interaction between innovative jewelry design, nature’s unique expression and social responsibility and environmentally conscious production.

🙋‍♀️ My role

I managed PureLeaf's social media profiles (IG, FB & TT) full time, where I was responsible for creating all organic and paid content. I made them visually appealing, on brand and on point with the target audience. For this I prepared annual wheels and content plans, directed photoshoots, created content (both reels, stills and graphic designs) and analysed all the data that came out of it to make even more content.

Instagram Strategy

The Instagram profile was very product focused and only shared photos of the jewelry. The brand has a big focus on sustainability, which was not communicated very well.
I wanted nature elements to be a big part of the vibe on the profile, as it is their core value. The focus was to create a community for women interested in sustainability, nature and spirituality.
I also wanted to bring the jewelry more to life showing it off being worn in a real life scene. Inspiring users and giving them a glimpse of how they could look wearing them.
And how did I do it?
Made reels showing the sustainable production
Shared information about how to be more sustainable
Made content women would engage with
Made influencer collaborations with powerfull women
Celebrated Earth Day, International Women's Day, self love on Valentine's day and much more
Shared lifestyle inspiration that wasn't jewelry focused
I did everything myself including: Coming up with concepts, producing the content (both in front and behind the camera), editing, posting and managing the profile.

TikTok Strategy

Being a Social Media Manager I convinced my team that creating a TikTok profile would benefit the brand. They were afraid it was too unserious and not on brand, but after explaining the potential benefits, we all agreed.
The goal was to increase brand awareness, organic reach and more traffic to the website. I also wanted to show case a more fun, behind the scenes, personal side of the brand, that the Instagram profile did not allow in the same extent.
Only 1 week after creating the profile it had 1,3M views and 176K likes.
