Akalan’s visual presence lacked distinction in a market saturated with generic real estate branding. This rebrand was an opportunity to introduce an architectural sense of elegance — a clean, structured identity that reflects both confidence and calm. The result is a system that’s equally minimal and memorable.
Project Scope
Akalan is a boutique real estate company specializing in premium housing. They needed a full rebrand that would elevate their market positioning and reflect architectural precision and elegance. The project included logo design, brand color system, stationery, branded folder, and a logo animation for digital use.
My Approach
Although Akalan operates in the real estate sector, my goal was to differentiate it from generic competitors by introducing an elevated visual aesthetic.
I focused on giving the brand a sense of elegance and structure — without compromising its corporate professionalism.
The design direction balanced modern minimalism with architectural clarity, resulting in a brand identity that feels both premium and grounded.
Problem Solving
The previous logo lacked visual balance and didn’t support the brand’s premium positioning.
Through a redesigned monogram system and refined typographic hierarchy, I created a logo that is both aesthetically elevated and highly functional across different mediums.
Compared to its competitors, Akalan’s new identity now stands out with a distinctive presence — contributing to stronger brand positioning in the high-end real estate market.
