nou is a high-performance activewear brand dedicated to the modern woman who balances strength with style. Our mission is to fuel every fitness journey with gear that feels refined and looks unstoppable.
The Challenge: Beyond the Surface
The existing identity lacked the "Energy" and "Feminine Spirit" required to lead in a crowded market. The colors were uninspiring, and the visual system lacked a consistent structure or a distinctive character. The goal was to revitalize the brand's soul—without changing the logo—to create a more emotional and motivating connection with its community.
Previous Identity
The Strategic Solution
We introduced a high-contrast palette that balances Night Purple (Strength) with Neon Lime (Vitality). This creates a visual "Spark" that stands out instantly. To add life to the brand, we developed a set of Dynamic Brand Characters and Custom Iconography, transforming the identity from a static logo into a living, breathing lifestyle system.
Customer Experience & Loyalty
To bridge the gap between digital and physical presence, we designed a strategic unboxing experience.
The Thank You Card: A personal touch for online orders to build immediate rapport.
The Loyalty Program: A physical card designed to drive foot traffic to the new store. With a tiered reward system (5th and 10th visit), we turn first-time buyers into long-term brand advocates.
