Launching a client required an engineer to hand-configure the flow. I designed the builder that let clients do it themselves.

Every new customer cost an engineer's time before they could go live, which made the product's one-click promise true for end users and false for the businesses buying it.

I designed and shipped the v0 flow builder: a visual, block-based canvas where clients assembled their own verification flows. The release was deliberately scoped to run on the existing verification engine, so the promise became real without a platform rewrite.

The tempting version of this project rebuilds the engine so the builder can do anything. The useful version finds the subset of flows the existing engine already supports and makes exactly those assembleable. Shipping in three months depended on that decision, not on the interface.
