Fujitsu's studio taught innovation in a room, by a team of three. I designed the platform that let it reach a corporation.

A learning team of three taught every cohort by hand. Moving that online is obvious, and the obvious version kills it: record the seminars, add a quiz, call it a curriculum.

I designed the platform around what each activity asks the learner to produce, not around content delivery. Thirteen activity types, a cohort layer where work is visible and facilitators respond in place, and authoring tools the learning team publishes with entirely on their own. Bilingual JP and EN throughout, with a terminology system for learners reading in a second language.

We used the studio's playbook but skipped the MVP posture. Whether anyone wanted it was already answered. What was actually uncertain was whether learning survives the move online, and a thin slice can't test that, because what's under test is whether a whole cohort experience holds together.
