At Manitoba Possible, a Winnipeg-based disability services non-profit rebranding after 70 years, I grew the Instagram audience by 60% while navigating sensitive social justice conversations, including a BLM statement crafted in partnership with leadership that staff described as gracious and seen.
For a home goods client, organic Instagram engagement reached 3.53%, against a 2.3% industry benchmark, with reach up 383%. A second client saw content interactions increase 44% month-over-month through strategic content adjustments. Across accounts, reach improvements ranged from 44% to 360%.
Beyond execution, I've led junior team members on content production and contributed to broader channel strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and SMS-adjacent social formats.
